Who we are…

Wairarapa Bible Church (WBC) is an independent fellowship that first began in 1964. We are thankful for the Protestant Reformation and as a local church we stand in the tradition of early open brethren church leaders that embraced the 5 cries of the Reformation:

• Sola Scriptura (Word Alone)
• Sola Gratia (Grace Alone),
• Sola Fide (Faith Alone),
• Solus Christus (Christ Alone),
• Soli Deo Gloria (Glory to God Alone).

We understand that ongoing reformation is needed in all of our lives and in church life, and accordingly we need to be committed to the clear expository communication of the text of scripture that will guard, guide and protect God’s bride, the church. By His Sovereign blessing we pray that we will see the church grow spiritually, impacting our community by seeing the salvation of the lost.
